"Biblical" is characterized as: "Of, identified with, or contained in the Bible." For the meaning of "evangelism," I go to Apostle Ahiadu K. Wisdom who gives a strong and concise definition. He characterizes the term along these lines:
As indicated by the New Testament, evangelism is simply lecturing the gospel, the evangel.
